Final Sale Policy
Due to the nature of the products sold, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
AMSI does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:
• Haircare products
• Gloss or fragrance products
• Digital products or downloadable content
• Bonnets or accessories that have been worn, washed, or used
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued only if AMSI determines, at its sole discretion, that an error occurred on our part.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If a customer receives an incorrect or damaged item, AMSI must be notified within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.
All claims are subject to review and approval. AMSI reserves the right to offer a replacement or store credit in lieu of a refund.
International Orders
All international orders are final sale.
AMSI is not responsible for customs fees, import taxes, delivery delays, or denied shipments resulting from international regulations.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may not be changed or canceled once processing has begun.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details prior to completing checkout.
