Order Processing
All orders placed with Arreia Myluv Styled It (AMSI) are subject to processing prior to shipment.
Please allow three (3) to five (5) business days for order processing. Processing time does not include shipping time, weekends, or holidays.
AMSI reserves the right to extend processing times during high-volume periods, product launches, promotions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be modified, canceled, or guaranteed for correction.
Upon shipment, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Coverage
Arreia Myluv Styled It (AMSI) ships worldwide.
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the customer’s location and selected shipping method.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Carrier Responsibility
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, AMSI is not responsible for delays, loss, damage, or theft occurring during transit.
AMSI does not control carrier operations, weather conditions, customs inspections, or delivery schedules.
Address Accuracy
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
AMSI is not responsible for:
• Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
• Delays caused by address errors or omissions
Orders returned due to address issues may require additional shipping fees to be reshipped.
International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
AMSI is not responsible for customs delays, inspections, or rejected shipments.
Delivered Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, AMSI is not liable for lost, stolen, or missing packages.
Customers must contact the carrier directly using the provided tracking information.
Damaged Shipments
Claims for damaged items must be submitted within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.
Requests must include:
• Order number
• Clear photographic evidence of the item and original packaging
Failure to submit documentation within the stated timeframe may result in denial of the claim.
